HB 1117: Promoting salmon recovery through revisions to the state’s comprehensive planning framework.

HB 1232: Planning for affordable housing under the growth management act.

 

Labor

HB 1076: Allowing whistleblowers to bring actions on behalf of the state for violations of workplace protections.

SB 5115: Establishing health emergency labor standards.

 

Environmental Justice

SB 5141: Implementing the recommendations of the environmental justice task force.

 

Taxes

SB 5096: Concerning an excise tax on gains from the sale or exchange of certain capital assets.

SB 5126: Concerning the Washington climate commitment act.
