Jason Wilkinson of Prodigy Homes newest Certified Builder

February 27, 2024

BIAW is excited to announce Jason Wilkinson, owner and co-founder of Prodigy Homes, Inc., serving the Tri-City area as its next Certified Builder.

Wilkinson began his homebuilding career with a large national builder in 1998. After just a few short years, in 2002, Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc., ranked him among the top five percent of the best builders in the nation.

Passion for building and design

In 2003, Jason and his wife Jasmine moved to the Tri-Cities area to be closer to family and to raise a family of their own. With a passion for homebuilding and design, they founded Prodigy Homes in 2007 with one goal in mind: to provide their clients with “The Best Experience.” Those simple words now serve as the company’s tagline.

Over time, Prodigy Homes has become a renowned name in the Tri-Cities region for their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They have received the “Best Workmanship” judge’s award in the Parade of Homes™ for the past ten consecutive years. They have also received six “People’s Choice” awards and three “Best in Parade” awards. In 2022 and 2023, Prodigy Homes was voted Tri-Cities Best Home Builder.

Wilkinson takes pride in being a part of the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities (HBATC). He received the BIAW STAR Builder Award in 2023. He currently serves as the president of the HBATC.

Quality homes, quality relationships

Wilkinson and his team are building quality homes and quality relationships along the way. “Our goal is and has always been to deliver homes on time and on budget without compromising design or quality,” he said.
