Take advantage of HBA Rebates’ new extended deadline. File by March 8 so you don’t miss your last chance for free cash for jobs completed in 2023! The average rebate for Washington builders in 2022 was $1,526.65!
Builder and remodeler members may file claims for manufacturer rebates for residential jobs completed between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2023. This is also the last opportunity for builder members who’ve not yet claimed to claim for all residential jobs completed in 2023.
The Q4’23 new extended deadline is Friday, March 8, 2024.
Take advantage of HBA Rebates’ extended deadline
Any builder who has not yet participated by registering and submitting a rebate claim is welcome to claim for all residential jobs completed Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023. It’s easy to sign-up!

HBA Rebates added several new manufacturers in 2023. They encourage builders to claim their rebates with the following manufacturers to increase their HBA Rebates total:

- Simpson Strong-Tie Structural Connectors
- GAF Roofing
- Honeywell Home (Air Quality, Smart Home Controls, Thermostat, Water Solutions, and Zoning)
- Kidde Fire Safety (Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms)
- Panasonic Ventilation (Panasonic Bath Fans and Swidget Smart Switch, Outlet, and Inserts)
- Westlake-Royal Building Products (Including: Exterior Portfolio, Royal Siding, Trim, Moulding and Shutters, Portsmouth Shakes and Shingles, Celect Siding, and American Premium Shutters)
