BIAW’s 2023 Retention Royale results are in—and the big winners will receive cash for recruiting AND retaining new members to our local associations.
Retention Royale rewards relationships
As local associations across Washington recovered from the membership challenges they experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic, BIAW launched a new membership drive in 2021 to help rebuild.
This extraordinarily successful drive brought in nearly 400 new members. Top recruiters won trips to the International Builders Show and invitations to an exclusive recruiter reception at IBS in Orlando.
National data shows that new members are most likely to cancel in the first year or two of membership. Retention Royale rewarded recruiters who helped keep their recruits as members past that two-year mark.
