Megan is a strategic development leader with more than fifteen years of experience advancing workforce, housing, and community impact initiatives across Washington State. She specializes in securing and managing public and private investments, cultivating donor and sponsor relationships, and building partnerships that strengthen industries and uplift communities. Through her previous roles, Megan has led major workforce and economic development efforts, expanded regional training programs, and designed sustainable funding strategies rooted in measurable impact. She partners with business, government, nonprofits, workforce boards, and educational institutions to develop resource strategies, tell compelling stories, and build systems that support long-term community prosperity. She and her husband of almost 25 years live in Olympia and they enjoy road trips, camping, and warm sunny beaches.
