The BIAW Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council is dedicated to:
- Growing membership of women Builder and Associate Members within BIAW and NAHB
- Providing resources and education to help women expand their businesses and enter the construction workforce
- Offering mentorship and networking opportunities with peers across the industry
- Encouraging leadership with support for women to serve in BIAW and NAHB elected positions
- Celebrating the achievements of women in the building industry
