Andy Arrants manages and continues to expand the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) Education Department, overseeing professional development, workforce training, and educational programs that support construction industry professionals throughout Washington. He is also certified by the Health and Safety Institute (HSI) to teach CPR and Basic First Aid, helping promote workplace safety and preparedness.

Andy is an experienced instructor who has taught a variety of NAHB courses, including Business Accounting, Job Costing, Using Contracts and Law to Protect Your Assets, Project Management, and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). His background combines industry education with practical experience helping construction businesses improve operations, financial performance, and project success.
