The Building Industry Association of Washington recognized winners of its 2026 Excellence in Remodeling awards at its Summer Board Meeting at Skamania. Members representing eight local home building associations submitted 85 entries across across 27 categories, featuring exceptional kitchens, bathrooms, additions, outdoor living spaces, universal design projects and more.
Industry professionals from Indiana, Texas, Oregon, Idaho and Washington evaluated the projects on:

- Functionality
- Craftsmanship
- Materials
- Problem-solving
- Execution within budget
The winning projects represent the very best in remodeling excellence and reflect the dedication, skill and vision of Washington’s remodeling industry.
