House State Government & Tribal Relations
HB 1029 – Concerning orders and rules during a state of emergency.
SHB 1050 – Reducing greenhouse gas emissions from fluorinated gases.
Tuesday, Feb. 9
House Housing, Human Services & Veterans
HB 1441 – Prohibiting discrimination against prospective tenants for unpaid rent or eviction during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Senate Housing & Local Government
SB 5380 – Concerning the approval of building permits.
SB 5390 – Increasing housing supply through the GMA and housing density tax incentives for local governments.
House Local Government
HB 1232 – Planning for affordable housing under the GMA.
HB 1465 – Making the Estate Tax More Progressive by exempting small estates, reducing estate taxes on medium estates, increasing the estate tax on larger estates, and addressing equity in homeownership and homelessness.

House Labor & Workplace Standards
HB 1474 – Strengthening penalty and audit tools for employer violations in unemployment insurance.
HB 1486 – Concerning qualifications for unemployment insurance when an individual voluntarily leaves work.
Thursday, Feb. 11

HB 1475 – Permitting certain foreign nationals to participate in campaign finance decision making and campaigns for and against ballot measures and initiatives.
