Porter has been involved in real estate and the mortgage lending business for more than 30 years. He's a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and writer. He holds four designations from the National Association of Home Builders: Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Graduate Associate (CGA), and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP). He also holds the Realtor GREEN and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.
