Location, location, feng shui! This informative and inspiring clock-hour class provides an in-depth exploration of feng shui design principles to maximize the harmony and emotional appeal of a home. Based on the laws of nature and time-tested design principles, attendees will learn a holistic feng shui approach to buying, selling and staging homes. The class includes floor plan analysis, furniture placement, case studies and practical solutions to remedy interior and exterior home design challenges.

  • Feng shui design principles and how they can benefit agents, homebuyers, and sellers in increasing the value and marketability of a home
  • Common home design challenges that negatively affect a home and the practical and inexpensive feng shui solutions to correct them

  • Feng shui spatial design and how to use decor to maximize the energy and appeal of each room in a home

Chomos has achieved the Red Ribbon Professional status as a menmber of the International Feng Shui Guild, upholding the highest standards for feng shui professionals. Cynthia has been featured on radio, TV, print, and as a speaker at the International Feng Shui Conference, the Home Show and other conferences throughout the Pacific Northwest. She is the founder of the Feng Shui School for Real Estate Sales, providing clock-hour education for realtors. Over the past 15 years, Cynthia has consulted on over 25,000 homes and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest, England and Hawaii.
