The Purpose of the New Home Council is to provide industry and public education about the changing economy for new construction; to support the new construction sales and marketing industry through programs such as an annual awards event, public relations campaigns, and/or paid media programs; and to serve as a resource for quick response to changes in market conditions as the need may arise.
