BIAW's Education Program is an award-winning comprehensive program
supporting the needs and requests of BIAW's members. BIAW continues to add new programs,
timely seminars and industry workshops on important builder issues such as wetlands,
mold, contracts and liability, warranties, and building codes while maintaining
support for the professional designation programs. Using an approach tailored to
fit the broad scope of our members, BIAW offers industry-specific classes in several
categories:
Self Study
BIAW understands the challenge to find the time to attend continuing education courses.
This is why BIAW is offering a ground-breaking self-study education option to achieve the
Residential Construction Superintendent(RCS) professional designation. RCS consists
of eight training modules designed to prepare participants for the role of the on-site
superintendent. These modules are typically taught in 4-hour segments but are now offered in a
self-study format to allow for maximum flexibility to your schedule. For more information,
