Currently, BIAW member agents offer Builders Warranty, General
Liability, and Builder's Risk insurance products.

brokers are BIAW members and qualified to offer these products.
Builder's Risk
Insurance Specialty Group's (ISG) Builder's Risk product offers broad coverage with
no monthly reporting. Premium is computed based upon the time each home is in inventory,
resulting in competitive annual premiums.

and competitive commercial general liability and innovate risk, management and loss
control procedures for residential general contractors involved in single-family,
multi-family construction (fee simple or condo), mixed-use construction and small
